Trainer - Offline Sales Operations - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Training of sales, customer success, and operations advisors on product and process, customer interaction, and sales
- Coach advisors on new product features and releases
- Create learning solutions and training modules for effective delivery of training
- Conduct crash courses for any new product and process updates
- Analyze and measure performance targets and provide coaching
- Ensure assigned team members achieve quality targets
- Carry out training to boost members morale
- Mentor field resources in alignment with business needs
- Monitor and manage the effectiveness of training
Requirements :
- Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, product, and process training
- Quick and continuous learner and should have planning, organizing, execution skills
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Should be proficient in delivering presentation and coaching skill
- Need to have business acumen
