Trainer/Coach - Sales - IT (6-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- The position requires an individual to effectively conduct sales training for new hire batches/ production agents. Should be sensitive to training needs/understanding learning requirements of different learner types. Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring Liaise with the Quality and Ops to identify, screen and execute process improvement plans- TNA.
- Conduct sales training for new hire training classes/production agents
- Conduct retraining, cross training and up training classes
- Efficiency required for completion of all required forms and reports within the time frame allocated
- Maintain and update all sales training material
- Should possess a complete knowledge and understanding of products and quality guidelines for all clients and programs
- Support and monitor new trainees during the OJT (On the Job Training) period
- Create new product specific sales training curriculum
- Knowledge of training ideologies (Kirkpatrick model, KSA, TNA, TNI etc)

Requirements :
- A minimum of 6 + years of experience as a Sales Coach
- A bachelor's degree in communication, education, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successfully training individuals or groups
- Strong analytical and assessment skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
