Trainee - Sales - SaaS (0-1 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Trainee to join our SaaS (Software as a Service) team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of SaaS sales. As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our sales team to support various aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to client engagement.

Excited About Your Tasks?

- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms, databases, and social networks.

- Sales Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce our SaaS products.

- CRM Management: Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.

- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their needs and assist in presenting our solutions.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for expansion.

- Sales Support: Provide support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

- Follow-up: Assist in following up with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and move deals forward.

- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Passion for Sales: Strong interest in sales, particularly within the technology and SaaS sector.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting and engaging with clients.

- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology trends.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.

- Proactive: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship experience (Up to 6 months to 10 months) in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.
