Trainee - Sales Management (0-1 yrs)
ISPG is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Interns to join the team. As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales activities, learn the ropes of IT sales, and play a vital role in helping us grow our business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competition to identify growth
opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and research activities.
- Support in preparing sales and other client-facing materials.
- Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with leads and assist in nurturing customer relationships.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Support administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
