Trainee - Sales - IT (0-1 yrs)
Responsible for Business Development to new accounts,Key Account Management
- Responsible interactions with CRO level client contacts to take the sales process to closure
- Responsible for new business development by capturing and understanding the requirements and proposing the right solution
- Sales Cycle Management - Generating leads from the existing & new Customers
- Taking the leads through the entire Sales Cycle to Closure
- Creating and reporting on the Sales Funnel - with clear understanding of customers' evalution and buying process to assess each case at the appropriate funnel
- Responsible for making presentation, drafting project estimation, project plan
- Coordination with the Customer & pre-sales/solutioning, delivery and support teams
- Negotiate and constructively managing conflicts; effective relationship management and communication skills
- Willing to travel
