Position Title : Relationship Manager Trainee

Employment Type : On-Job-Training (Internship) + Potential for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

Duration : 6 Months

Stipend During OJT : INR 12,700 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Post-Internship Salary : Starting at 3.2 LPA & above (Based on OJT performance) + PF + ESI + Incentives + Bonus

Eligibility : Any Graduate

What You'll Learn :

- Gold Appraisal : Get hands-on training in valuing gold and gemstones accurately.

- Lead Generation : Develop skills to find and attract new business leads.

- Customer Relationship Management : Learn how to effectively manage and build customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Accurate Valuation : Make sure gold and gemstone valuations are spot on by measuring caratage correctly, applying proper deductions, and avoiding substandard items.

- Ethical Standards Compliance : Follow high ethical standards and processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Ensure customer identities are verified and online registrations are completed.

- Loan Coordination : Collaborate with the Manager and other team members to facilitate loan approvals.

- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Seek out new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones to boost renewals and referrals.

- Customer Support : Address customer questions and concerns during the loan processing phase.

- Business Development : Engage in activities to promote Gold Loan, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.
