This, in turn, will help us to support our - cause- of eradicating unemployability as these entrepreneurs would generate employment opportunities for millions of job-ready students, freshers and professionals in our Industry Academia Community (IAC) and become job-givers. Revenues generated from the sales of Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) would be put back in the aforementioned cause to help more and more people; millions PAN India and abroad.


Job Overview :


The Marketing Trainee will be responsible vis- vis Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) for achieving marketing objectives through the execution and delivery of fully integrated marketing programs that are on-brand and measurable. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the company's marketing efforts to promote the organization's products or services. They will be responsible for Market Research, Competitor Research and Digital Marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities to Market Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP):


Strategic Planning :


- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals


Market Research :


- Conducting market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights


Competitor Research :


- Conducting Competitor research to compare your results with your competitors- performance.

Identifying gaps in your strategy that your competitors address and assist in developing strategies and tactics that promote your unique value proposition


Promotional Activities :


- Social media, email marketing and digital marketing across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms


- SEO


- Maintaining Campaign Calendar


- Basic content creation


- Blogging


- Online and Offline events


Requirements :


- Diploma/Bachelor- s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.


- Relevant Internship or min. academic project experience


- Prior experience in Marketing or relevant role will be preferable


- Experience in B2C Marketing with EdTech will be preferable.


- Experience in performance marketing and social media advertising campaigns will be preferable


- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms will be preferable


- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and conversion rate optimization


- Ability to build relations, craft compelling stories, and think out of box


- Up-to-date with marketing trends and technology


- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
