Trainee/Intern - Search Engine Optimization (0-1 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time internship role as an SEO Trainee at Gigde Global located in Noida. As an SEO Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with search engine optimization activities, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the SEO team to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and optimize content to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Keyword Research : Assist in conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for SEO optimization.
- On-Page Optimization : Learn and apply on-page SEO techniques including optimizing meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Off-Page Optimization : Gain understanding of off-page SEO strategies such as link building and outreach activities.
- Content Optimization : Assist in optimizing website content for SEO purposes, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and keyword-rich.
- SEO Audits : Support in performing SEO audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting : Help in preparing SEO performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
- Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in competitors' SEO strategies.
- Learning and Development : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the SEO team and other departments to implement SEO strategies and achieve business goals.
- Documentation : Maintain documentation of SEO activities, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in SEO implementation and reporting.
- Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify issues and propose solutions for SEO optimization.
- Communication Skill s: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new SEO tools, algorithms, and industry changes.
