Trainee - B2B/Corporate Sales - Education (0-1 yrs)
Role :
- As a B2B Corporate Sales Trainee at TeamLease Education Foundation, you will undergo an intensive three-month training program to develop your skills and knowledge in B2B sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be absorbed into a role that aligns with your interests and strengths.
Responsibilities :
- Learn and understand the company's products/services, target market, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in comprehensive sales training sessions and workshops to develop a strong foundation in B2B corporate sales.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe and learn effective sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and negotiation skills.
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and identifying potential clients through research and market analysis.
- Learn to create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client queries and concerns.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand your professional network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of B2B sales techniques, industry best practices, and product/service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in B2B corporate sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and articulate complex ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and energetic work culture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales techniques and market dynamics.
- Prior experience or internships in sales or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities :
- Postgraduate or equivalent degree required (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record, sales, marketing, business
development, business acumen, customer relations, and ability to work independently
