Trainee/Associate - Business Development - Education (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
You will begin in an individual contributor's role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread a specific way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.
Training :
- All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process before being promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) - Direct Sales and will start work at their 'Role Location'.
Academic Qualification :
- Any Graduation/ Post Graduation.
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students and overall education sector
- Having a knack for sales
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
