Tradvisor - Telecaller (1-2 yrs)
- Do calls and Follow ups with Sales persons and Customers.
- Provide Sales Lead to our sales Executives once direct queries generated.
- Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Handling inquiry calls
- Attend walking client
- Maintain old client list
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close inquiry
- Good Convincing Power and Effective Communicator.
- Queries Handling and Ability to sustain a conversation.
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Carrying on an intelligent conversation with the customer for information dissemination/meeting as appropriate.
- Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status.
- Candidate should have good communication skill.
- Should have fluency over English hindi
- Should be able to work with a corporate office.
- Should have a experience of 6 months in tele caller
- Should coordinate with clients on phones
- Should have a good verbal Communication
