- Roles and Responsibilities :
- Scaling the organic traffic growth and brand visibility across business via Social Media Channels
- Excellent understanding of all Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube)
- Complete working knowledge of 'Ad Centre' for running Paid Ads and Analysis
- Handling Social Posts calendar and content syndication & social posting execution
- Work in close collaboration with product and technology team on SEO projects and build BRD (business requirement document) for new SEO initiatives for better visibility that shows business impact
- Understand the business impact areas and priorities and streamline SEO roadmap accordingly
- Creating dashboard and reports for management to show progress MoM on business metrics like Transaction, Conversion Rate, along with traffic and rankings
- Perform competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities & drive growth
- Build and retain best-in-class team through strong recruitment, mentoring, and career management
- Handle Twitter, Blogs, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Manage social media content/handles/activities
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices & technologies
- Manage Online Reputation and Reviews
Skill Set :
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement
- Google Ad Words, Content writing team management
- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
