Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Inside Sales (Lead) to drive revenue growth and lead our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in subscription-based solutions, SaaS products, digital solutions, or conceptual selling. This role involves team management, sales strategy development, and achieving revenue targets, while fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

a. Lead, hire, train, and manage a high-performing Inside Sales team.

b. Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture to enhance productivity and performance.

c. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their sales skills.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

a. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets through Inside Sales efforts.

b. Oversee prospecting processes, including assessing customer needs, pitching Tradologie's value proposition, addressing objections, and conducting cost-benefit analyses against competitors.

c. Ensure adherence to defined sales processes and best practices within the team.

d. Take ownership of prospect closures and drive team revenue targets.

3. Collaboration and Reporting:

a. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

b. Maintain regular communication with leadership, providing updates on pipeline status, payment prospects, and team performance.

4. Market Awareness:

a. Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

b. Identify new opportunities and challenges in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

A. Experience:

a. 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Inside Sales.

b. Proven track record of selling subscription-based solutions, SaaS products, digital solutions, or concepts.

c. Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage high-performing Inside Sales teams.

B. Skills and Competencies:

a. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

b. Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

c. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

d. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets.

e. Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.

C. Education: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
