Tradologie - Head - Digital Marketing (10-12 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record in building strong brands. This leadership role involves strategizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Strategy and Leadership:
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand vision.
b. Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
c. Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and craft innovative approaches to address them.
2. Brand Development and Management:
a. Build and strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
b. Develop creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in the market.
c. Oversee the creation of branding guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets.
3. Creative Campaign Execution:
a. Lead brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
b. Oversee the production of marketing materials, including advertisements, videos, social media content, and more.
c. Partner with creative agencies, designers, and writers to execute world-class campaigns.
4. Digital and Performance Marketing:
a. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
b. Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
c. Stay updated with emerging digital trends and integrate them into the marketing strategy.
5. Market Research and Insights:
a. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
b. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
c. Translate market trends into actionable plans to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Partnerships and Public Relations:
a. Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
b. Oversee PR and media activities to ensure positive brand representation.
c. Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and forums.
7. Budget and Resource Management:
a. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
b. Track and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
A. Education:
a. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
B. Experience:
a. Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
b. Proven expertise in branding, creative campaign management, and team leadership.
c. Strong portfolio of successful marketing and branding initiatives.
