Tradepass - Business Development Role (0-5 yrs)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event
- Strategy, development, design, pricing and positioning of solutions
- Oversight of full sales cycle of each event, managing baseline business metrics and growth targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders who you will be tasked to bring on board as a sponsor. In this process, it is key to uncover a deep understanding of clients- business objectives in order to provide ROI and build a relationship that has longevity and value for both sides
- Deliver outstanding service through onsite client management and face to face at the Tradepass events
- Consistently maintain and improve the company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with a vivacious and ambitious team, sharing sales techniques with your colleagues in regular brain storming sessions to collectively drive the business forward
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Elegant and precise verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for sales, a desire to succeed and a solid work ethic
- Verbal and written business level English is required
- Experience of building relationships with senior decision makers in major Fortune 1000 companies is valuable.
- You will need to demonstrate your ability to influence C-Suite executives on a peer to peer level basis.
- On a regular basis provide updates and accurate reports including: financial revenue versus target, sales achievement, project progress update, daily activity report
- 0 - 5 years business development experience in conferences & training (desirable)
- Qualification: Graduate or MBA
