We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Business Development Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the company.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets i.e Super Stockiest, Distributors, Modern trade Chains research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects.
- The BDM will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align strategies and ensure the company's overall growth objectives are met, also with accounts and accounts and finance department to keep a track of sales figures.
Objectives of this Role:
- Develop a framework to accelerate a digital go to market strategy that enables products, service offers, and business models to scale quickly to meet market demand.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets, products or services or new ways to revive the existing market.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Developing and implementation of policies and procedures to form Business development Department
- To define and implement long-term Sales & Distribution strategy and Annual Sales Plan based on the overall company strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Should have at least 10 years of experience In FMCG or Personal Hygiene industry with proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Immediately available to join the company is THE MUST.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Market research and analysis skills
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Experience in the hygiene products industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
