About the Company:

We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Marketing Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brands TokiBaby and TokiHealth.

Role Objective:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth of the company. The role requires developing a network of contacts to attract new Super Stockiest, Distributors, Retail chains and Key Accounts, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects. The BDM will work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Analyse industry trends, competition, and market demands to identify potential Super Stockiest, Distributors, Retail Chains, Key Accounts etc.

3. Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other outreach methods such as Social Media network.

4. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.

5. Set up meetings with the prospective clients.

6. Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

8. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to close deals.

9. Responsible for Primary Sales

10. Responsible for Secondary sales.

11. Meet or exceed sales targets.

12. Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

13. Collaborate with senior management to set revenue and growth targets.

14. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

15. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure.

16. Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and market insights.

17. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends.

18. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

We are looking out for:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Should have at least 10 years of experience In FMCG or Personal Hygiene industry with proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
