We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Marketing Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brands TokiBaby and TokiHealth.

Role Objective :

- The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.


- This role involves achieving topline revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, budgeting and forecasting.


- The Head of Sales plays a critical role in launching new product categories to expand sales and expand distribution network.

Key Responsibilities :

- To define and implement long-term Sales & Distribution strategy and Annual Sales Plan based on the overall company strategy.

- Enhance market penetration by setting up and managing the sales & distribution across channels

- Have strong experience in GT, MT, Wholesale and Institutional sales

- Liaise with Super stockiest, distributors and grow new territories across India.

- Stay continually up to date with a detailed understanding of the market dynamics and develop relevant relationships across the industry.

- Ability to use external and internal research to be abreast with market dynamics and insights

- Build relationships and engage key stakeholders in the internal functions being marketing, finance and operations to resolve business issues cross-functionally.

- Enhance forecasting accuracy by channels and accounts and maintain updated inventory within target levels at trade.

- Set up and maintain effective trade marketing plans aimed at accomplishing organizational Promotional Activities, Samplings, Consumer Offers, Sales schemes etc.

- Provide leadership for the sales team including goal setting, coaching and development

- Provide general business and operational guidance while leading through influence. Drive Company goals, including KPIs and targets, and maximize the Sales growth.

- Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.

- Interview, hire and train sales team

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

We are looking for:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 20 years of Proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role in FMCG or Personal Hygiene industry.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to travel as needed.
