We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong specialized in supplying whole set of B2B solutions in Personal Hygiene Products & Raw Material. We are seeking qualified E-commerce Manager for our INDIAN company TRADEOMATIC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED to keep out revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.

Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Objectives of this Role:

- Account management liaising with marketplace managers of Amazon, Flipkart for solving account issues, building relationships, aligning internal teams for success

- Administer all online marketing strategies and ensure quick check out process for customer and maintain track of

- Administer all online marketing strategies and ensure quick check out process for customer and maintain track of competitive website at all times and monitor all illegal brand products on website. Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures. Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely. Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.

- Deals, Promotions and Ads on-platform management of all marketing including deals, promos and ads, strategizing and executing, monitoring results for optimization. Ensuring good customer service and after sales experience by addressing and ensuring timely resolution.

- Developing, monitoring, listing and updating product content contained on multiple e-Commerce websites/portals. Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies. Driving the sales performance of various e-commerce platform.

- Inventory planning ensuring inventory replenishment to avoid OOS/working closely with demand planning and warehousing team, ensuring the fastest time to customer by planning All India inventory disposition on primary platforms like Amazon/ Flipkart etc.

- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell through and offer code performance.

- Reporting & Analysis Monitoring all ecommerce metrics, generating informational dashboards to aid decision making, analyzing data to drive interventions.

- Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review. Audits on listing - competition, own products, keywords, providing deep insights and inputs on observations, driving interventions to completion to achieve goal.

- Will manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, manage and execute promotional campaigns, build marketing strategy, product marketing, drive customer research and ROI optimization on Amazon, Flipkart, in-house website along with other e-commerce platforms.

- Will monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them. International E-commerce strategy development and stakeholder buy-in - including annual budget planning, development of product range and digital road-map, and monthly strategic reviews.

Work Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, India

Candidate Requirement:

- Comprehensive E-commerce knowledge from Product Listing, Marketing, Sales, Inventory Planning, After Sales, customer service.

- Should have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, MBA, Business/Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science

- Experience as an e-commerce manager is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and handling high pressure situations, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, meeting sales targets.

- Being a role model of adaptive performance. Excellent Communication skill, negotiation skill, stakeholder management, team player and Decision maker
