Work Timings :

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

Saturday : 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary Range : 6-12 Lakhs per annum

Experience : 5-8 years

Job Summary :

Tradejini Financial Services is seeking an experienced Customer Support Head to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the stock broking industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support within the stock broking or financial services industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems

- In-depth knowledge of stock broking operations and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues.

- Train and mentor customer support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Coordinate with other departments (sales, technical support, compliance) to resolve customer issues promptly.

Help Clients :

- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist with account setup, platform use, and trades.

Technical Support :

- Fix technical issues with trading platforms and software.

- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex problems.

Market Information :

- Provide clients with market trends and stock performance updates.

- Stay informed on market news.

Solve Problems :

- Quickly resolve customer complaints and issues.

- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Keep Records :

- Document customer interactions and solutions.

- Prepare reports on customer feedback.

Follow Rules :

- Ensure all interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes.

Learn and Share :

- Participate in training to enhance skills.

- Share knowledge and insights with the team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a leadership role within customer support
