Tradebuilder - Manager - Content Marketing & Social Media (3-6 yrs)

As a manager, you should have the experience and the knowledge required to translate business goals into effective content and social media engagement plan. You will determine the right channel mix and manage those channels to create the maximum business impact for clients.

The candidate should manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels, oversees plans and delivers content across different platforms, managing projects, and campaigns. Have in-depth knowledge of 3rd party social media management applications and tools. The ability to adapt and cater to clients across multiple industry verticals such as retail, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, etc.

He/she will be responsible for creating and catering to the content requirements of our clients. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and the ability to write clean copies. Should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. Should understand customer engagement and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Develop social media and content strategy for various clients, aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

- Manage and run campaigns on various social media channels.

- Create and publish engaging content. Ensure the content is optimized and aligned to the latest market trends.

- Manage younger members of the Engagement & Content team on day-to-day basis.

- Stay on top of client requirements and KRA and ensure deliverables are met on a timely basis.

- Work closely with the SEO, Promotions, and other teams to ensure seamless deliverables and exchange of ideas.

- Stay updated on current benchmark trends, audience preferences, and best practices.

- Ensure high engagement on all platforms.

- Constantly analyze the performance metrics to improve reach and brand awareness.

- Developing KPIs for an internal and external audience.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-year experience in relevant social media or content role.

- Experience writing a variety of high-quality pieces including blogs, website content, marketing collaterals, and social media posts.

- Awareness of social media trends

- Creativity and immersion in social media

- Analytical Aptitude

- Excellent writing and language skills

- Proficiency in Hindi and English

- Ability to work efficiently as a team and with cross-functional departments.

- Should be a keen learner and eager to take on responsibilities as the organization grows.
