Tradeboox - Junior Business Development Manager (1-3 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proficient in communication Both English and Hindi.
- Strong communication skills essential as you will interact with clients.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and target focussed and a good team player.
- Demonstrates drive, passion, and flexibility.
- Knowledge of sales and relationship building process.
- Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in end to end sales process would be an advantage.
- Possesses integrity and honesty.
Junior BDM JD :
- Promote business development opportunities and lead generation by cold calling.
- Ability to influence, convince and persuade by effectively communicating with clients via telephone in arranging a meeting for Senior BDMs.
- Meet the assigned sales calls on a daily basis.
- Act as Sales representatives and be able to demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points, and benefits.
- Organize, manage and develop contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Communicate with clients to ensure a smooth process in meeting arrangements.
- Any other duties, tasks, and responsibilities consistent with the role.
