Trade Sales Role (4-15 yrs)
- Service both agents in the market and develop and maintain relationships with them on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate with various departments internally to handle problem cases in terms of ticketing/servicing etc.
- Continuous monitoring of all agency houses in the area of operation.
- Promote schemes/sales tools with both corporates and agents and obtain corresponding feedback.
- Keep abreast of developments in the market.
- Provide and ensure efficient customer service.
- Increase revenue and seek to develop new markets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, service levels etc.
