As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to capture and nurture leads, maximizing the potential of our website visitors. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement innovative lead generation strategies to convert website traffic into qualified leads. Identify target audiences, channels, and tactics to maximize lead capture.
- Collaborate with the Design and web development teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Implement best practices to improve user experience, increase conversions, and minimize -bounce rates.
- Set up and optimize lead capture mechanisms such as forms, pop-ups, and call-to-actions across the website.
- Ensure seamless integration with our customer relationship management (CRM) system for efficient lead management.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing vendors to drive targeted traffic through various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Work closely with the content marketing team to develop compelling content and offers that resonate with our target audience.
- Create lead magnets, whitepapers, e-books, and other valuable resources to incentivize lead generation.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and effective lead handover.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics. Utilize data insights to identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in lead generation. Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with the sales support and product teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Provide valuable insights for product development.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and offers.
