Trade & Marketing Manager - Sales - General Trade - FMCG (3-12 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Trade & Marketing Manager (General Trade) for one of the FMCG company.

Industry: Food Industry
Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
Skills: General Trade, Sales, Team handling, TOT, Business Planning, Sales Strategy etc.
NOTE: Candidate should be from Food Industry and handling the NORTH region
Job Description:
1) Business Planning for General Trade
a) Development and lead execution of sales strategy, including Budgeting of Annual Volume, Value, Manpower, Visibility and promotion activities
b) Planning and execution of activities to promote brand and products
2) Achievement of planned distribution and sales targets in conjunction with distribution partner for assigned regions.
3) Ensure Availability of all product categories.
4) Ensure timely claim settlements of TOT and all direct key accounts.
5) MIS & Tracking of competitor activities
6) Identify new business opportunities
7) Team management
