Trade Marketer - Industrial Product (4-6 yrs)
Purpose of the Role:
To lead the Trade Marketing initiatives for the respective geography
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling the Trade Marketing activities in particular regions (North, West, South).
- On-ground execution and supervision of promotions and activations
- Act as sales enablers providing support to the sales force for trade load or consumer promotion.
- Ensuring in-time availability of POSM and collaterals by managing a pool of vendors and negotiating rates with them.
- Responsible for Market coverage, planogram, and product availability at the right place in the store.
- To provide market feedback on competition, customer behavior, and response to our marketing mix through frequent market visits with the sales team.
- Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch
Key Skills:
- Strong data Analysis, ability to share insights from complex data
- Quicker in on-ground execution by closely working with the sales team
- Good Negotiation skills, decision making and coordination with both
internal and external customers)
- Good in MS Office, Especially Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience Required :
- Years of Experience: 4-6 Years (Minimum 3 years in Trade Marketing. Plus Sales experience is good to have)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree | MBA (Good to have)
