Trade India - Senior Executive - Sales (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for Senior Sales Executive/ Relationship Manager
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills
- Should have atleast 6 months of experience
- Should be well versed with b2b sales, inside sales, telesales
- Min qualification - Graduation
- Salary slab - 17k to 26k
- Age criteria - up-to 32 years
- Should be comfortable with work from office
- Should be immediate joiner
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about services of the company
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Graduate with 0-4 years of experience as online sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Complete monthly Sales Target.
