TrackOlap - Executive - Field Sales (1-2 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about field sales, and self-driven. To be successful as a field sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Travel to find new schools within a specific region.
2. Work on visiting prospective schools on a daily basis to identify new sales opportunities for our products and services.
3. Maintain and expand the school databases within your assigned territory.
4. Conduct live demos to prospective schools and seal deals.
5. Work towards the achievement of set targets.
6. Work on developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
7. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
Requirements:
1. Graduation/Postgraduation in any discipline (marketing or related fields will be preferred).
2. Must be a 2023/22 pass-out.
3. Willingness to travel on a daily basis.
4. Must have a two-wheeler.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Self-motivated and driven by targets.
7. Ability to create and deliver presentations.
8. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
