Role Description :
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Area Sales Manager - Direct Sales.
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the direct sales team, setting goals and objectives, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- They will be required to identify business opportunities, build long-term relationships with clients, and find ways to increase revenue. The Area Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales and leadership roles in the field of security and surveillance
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and needs
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team, while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
