Tracknovate - Sales Specialist - French Language (2-4 yrs)

Tracknovate offers advanced fleet management, GPS tracking, and real-time data analytics for businesses worldwide. We are looking for a results-driven French Inside Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will help us expand our presence in French-speaking markets by providing excellent sales support, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively generate leads and engage French-speaking prospects via phone, email, and online channels, introducing them to our telematics solutions.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of our products, showcasing how they help businesses optimize fleet management and improve efficiency.
Sales Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities, determining customer needs and aligning our solutions to their requirements.
Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing, including quote generation, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken French and English to communicate with French-speaking customers and collaborate with the global team.
- At least 2- 4years of proven experience in inside sales, ideally in a B2B, technology, or telematics-related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
