Track My Invoices - Client Support Executive (0-1 yrs)
- Perform inbound and outbound calls (India and Dubai).
- Handle chat support system.
- Co-ordinate with clients and internal team to get the work done within TAT.
- Organize workflows in order to help tasks run more smoothly, and assist on an as needed basis with projects that require additional help.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for somebody who is capable of working independently with minimal supervision, highly organized, and attentive to detail. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and once, solve problems, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They- re reliable individuals who are always willing to help.
