ToXSL - Inside Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
- Outbound Leads Generation : Identify and target potential customers through outbound lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Cold Calling : Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to engage prospects, introduce our internal products, and generate interest in our offerings.
- Sales Analysis : Analyze sales data and market trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Product Sales Strategies : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine strategies for promoting and selling our internal products effectively.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outbound sales initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates.
- Customer Insights : Gather and analyze feedback from prospects and customers to provide actionable insights for product development and marketing strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of outbound sales activities, lead interactions, and conversion metrics. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and trends.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, messaging, and product positioning.
