We are on a mission to build Townhall into a Unicorn company in the next few years. We have deep events domain expertise by way of serving more than 50,000 events in the last 5 years under the brand Townscript.


Job Description :

- Coach, mentor and motivate your team of Account Executives (3 to 5) on the sales process and quota achievement while being hands-on as well

- Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team and tracking the results

- Conducting weekly forecasting meeting and coaching on strategies to create pipeline and drive closures

- Establish account relationships with key decision-makers when necessary to drive deals forward

- Reporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to senior management

- Own and achieve sales targets for new business sales in the assigned market segment

What are we looking for :

- 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an individual contributor role, including 2+ years sales management experience

- Strong B2B SaaS sales process knowledge.

- Strong people manager with a proven record of sales success in a similar B2B SaaS environment

- Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment

- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills

- Post Graduate Degree preferred (i.e. MBA) but not required
