Total Prosthetics & Orthotics -Manager - Client Coordination -US Healthcare (10-18 yrs)
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Coordination Manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The Client Coordination Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Client Coordination Manager you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Mandate experience of working in the US healthcare domain
- Implement customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate revenue.
- Create positive relationships with new clients to help build the customer base
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings.
- Manage customer service and support teams to address customer complaints relating to products and service.
- Manage customer communications relating to new products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions
- Reinforce customer loyalty
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Use social media to engage with customers and understand the competition.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships and gain a solid knowledge of competitors
Skills Required :
- Uses experienced leadership skills to manage, mentor, and influence the work of others within the Pre-sales team.
- Must have experience in handling 70 FTE's.
- Proven people management skills are preferred
- Excellent communication (written/oral) skills, analytical thinking
mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Independently determines the approach to managing team and daily operations.
- An enthusiastic leader with a demonstrated ability to lead and compel others to achieve objectives.
- Identifies selects and grows team by imparting knowledge transfer and developing presales staff as Individuals and as a team.
Experience:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in US Healthcare
