Total Prosthetics & Orthotics - Assistant Manager - Client Coordination (7-10 yrs)
Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Client Coordination to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We- ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you- ll maintain strong relationships with our company's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Responsibilities:
- Mandate experience of working in the US healthcare domain
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Must have experience in process transition (onshore and offshore )
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Become familiar with the competition organized most of them
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Must be willing to work in flexible shift time.
Skills Required:
- Intuitive to customers- needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

Experience:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience in US Healthcare
