- Ensure 100% channel satisfaction
- Create alternate markets - out of Bangalore via channel
- Organising channel partner roadshow
- Increasing lead funnel
- Mentoring youngsters in team
- Ensure every partner is engaged with TE
Accountability
- Create one new market via channel partner for TE
You will create an Impact If you
- Add 200 channel partner to TE portfolio
- At least 50 channel partners bring 1 potential customer per month to TE
- Contribute to increase channel partner contribution to overall sales to 50% +
