Torque Communications - Manager - Public Relations (2-8 yrs)
Public relations and corporate communications professional required with up to 2-3 years experience with the following essential qualities :
a) Experience or understanding of public relations management of large brands
b) Some degree of understanding of media relations and knowledge of media
c) Potential for leadership and team building skills
d) Good pleasing personality and a strong value system
e) Strong Knowledge base in any domain
f) Good presentation skills
g) Very strong content skills
- Entry to mid level position in Public Relations and communications with focus on Content Development, Client Servicing, Media Relations with an ability to draft long form articles ad media responses in a quick turnaround time.
- Ability to understand briefs; work with content and media, build brand strategy and consult clients on communication requirements.
- Understanding of media and working relationships is important consideration. Knowledge of sectors such as social impact, defence, lifestyle, food services, fashion, and health would be an advantage.
