Job Description :
- Provide support to consumer and small/medium size businesses (SMB).
- Will provide support to customers by phone, chat, and email.
- Research customer concerns to find appropriate resolutions.
- Create and maintain case management records of daily problems and remedial actions taken.
- The Technical Support Representative is responsible for maintaining a professional and satisfied relationship with clients and customers by providing product and service troubleshooting while educating about the features and benefits of their purchase/subscription.
- Entered and updated trouble tickets for customers with technical issues.
- Additional duties as assigned.
