Toprankers - Center Head - Sales (8-12 yrs)
- Center head will be responsible for scanning the market and building the sales pipeline from scratch in a particular city.
- You will have to understand the market potential, competition and accordingly design sales strategy and improve sales productivity.
- You will be responsible for the entire sales, marketing, operations of the center and will be the P&L Head
- Recruit and manage a team of motivated sales, marketing, and operation personnel
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- You should have managed scale and are well versed with B2C sales
Experience & Skills :
- 8-12 years of experience preferably in B2C - Telecom, FMCG, Education, BFSI
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High energy with a Go-getter attitude
- Team Management and Results driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
