Responsibilities/Duties :
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Arrange for Corporate tie-ups
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Define and follow up of targets and objectives.
- Assists in the development of annual sales goals
- Assists in the completion of monthly targets
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate industry
- Experience in business development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Dynamic and flexible approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Market knowledge
- Strong client relationship management skills
