Based out of Mumbai, Toppr currently caters to 20L+ registered students in classes 5-12, who are taking advantage of its deep-structured content and powerful adaptive algorithms. Toppr has experienced phenomenal top line growth (400% over the last year) at a significant contribution margin, making it one of the few sustainable start-ups in the Indian ecosystem.

The company has sales offices in 17 cities from where students can get access to further counselling assistance. The aim is to double the city presence by the end of 2018.

Job Role:

We are looking for candidates with experience in strategizing, implementing and handling all the social media activities. Basically they would be running the entire show when it comes to social media.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter & new platforms)

- Research and build brand communities with EdTech evangelist, Teachers, Edu-tubers, Exam Rankers, Parents and parent bloggers, Students and schools.

- Developing, engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

- Coordinating with social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators.

- Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

- Working with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

- Running other ad-hoc contests and campaigns on social media as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in Marketing or Social Media.

- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms.

- Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency.

- Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience.

- Proofreading and Editing Skills.

- Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

- Social media addict/passionate Digital marketer.
