About role:

Toppr is looking for Relationship Manager in B2B Sales. A Relationship Manager is responsible for bringing in sales and maintaining client relationships to understand their requirements thereby suggesting appropriate solutions. Developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customer to achieve repeat / referral business.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Relationship management with schools - Teachers, Principals, and our team.

- Ensure higher level absorption of the product and make them (Teachers and Principals) accustom with the product and get closure of schools.

- Also, would be responsible for renewals and upselling of products.

- Responsible for cross sell and up sell in the existing schools.

- Ensuring smooth collection of payments from schools & handling Escalations.

- Submitting sales report to the Reporting Manager on a daily basis.

- Taking feedback from the teachers and principals to ensure smooth functioning.

Qualification & Skills candidate should have:

-MBA or Graduate with at least 3 years- experience in Edtech and relationship building experience with school sales.

- Experience in to Data Analysis; proficient with using Excel and tech savy.

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumers (Schools, Teachers, Principles, Students) behavior.

- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.

- Have excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.

- Excellent relationship building

- Good track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets.

- Strong Problem-solving skills.

- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
