Toppr - Associate - Business Development (1-5 yrs)

- The selected candidates will be designated as Business Development Associates (BDA). The BDAs at Toppr are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education.

Prior experience with education/ Edtech companies will be preferred.
Requirements:
1) MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
2) 1 - 3 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) push sales experience is preferred. Ed-tech industry experience is a plus.
3) Experience in selling products online through digital mediums like Meet/Zoom
4) Laptop + Strong Wifi connection is compulsory
5) Awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums globally. Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students and parents face in schools/coaching classes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) The Business Development Associate will be responsible for scheduling and conducting structured counseling sessions.
2) Through these sessions, the BDAs will be required to analyze a student/parent's need for Toppr and help them buy the subscription.
