Interview Process :
- Aptitude Test is conducted containing 50 Questions in 20 minutes in which 50% score is mandatory to qualify for Hr round.
- Second Round with Assistant General Manager.
- Final Round with General Manager.
Job Description for AC :
- Academic Consultants work on field.
- Training is given for 6 days which start from 2nd day of joining.
- They call & take an appointment on leads which is provided by Team Managers.

. Products start from Rs. 9000 to 320000.
- Every AC has the target to qualify for an incentive apart from salary.
Reimbursement Policy :
- Rs. 120 is paid per demo to AC in the city & Rs. 800 is given as a meal expenses for outside demos along with train tickets, lodging arrangements, cab expenses. Mobile Expenses of Rs. 450 is also reimbursed.
- Rs. 800 is also reimbursed for Own Laptop to the employees every month from the joining to end of 30 months.
Employee Facilities Desk :
It is a permanent job in which Provident Fund Scheme,ESIC Scheme, Group Medical Claim Policy of Rs. 2 Lacs & Group Personal Accident Policy of Rs. 10 Lacs are facilitated to employees. Offer Letter, Appointment Letter & Confirmation Letter are given before joining, within 2 days of joining and after completing probation period respectively. Even Employees can access Pay Slips or Salary Slips themselves. Medical Treatment is given free of cost to employees & their families in ESIC Hospitals & they can avail through accumulation in provident fund. Pension facility & Death Benefit to nominee are also provided under statutory regulations.
Promotions & Salary Increment Policy :
Increments in salary & Promotions to next level purely depend upon performance otherwise once in a year. Even existing employees can apply to higher position available at our other branches if he achieved the required sales target.
