Graduate + 1year of Experience
Laptop + Android Phone (If YOU don't have you can buy or rent or arrange one as it is co will pay 800rs per month)
Vehicle + drivers license (co. will pay per sales demo 80 - 100 rs)
- Should be comfortable for working 6 days a week; {Working on Saturday and Sunday's is mandatory (No exception for this),
- Every Monday will be declared a week off.}
- Need to have a Laptop and Android phone.

Qualification / Experience :
- MBA or Graduate Freshers
- Good to have 1 to 4 years B2C sales experience
- Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
- Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
Job Description :
- Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.
- Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Advise student/ parents in their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
