Designation Academic Consultant

Location : Chandigarh

Job Description

- Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IIT- s, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.

- Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts.

Responsibilities :

- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions

- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions

- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos

- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods

- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

Requirements :

- Excellent spoken and verbal skills

- Ability to plan and execute

- Ability to persuade and negotiate

- Ability to work under stress

- Ability to work in a team

- Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated

Experience :

- MBA or Graduate Freshers

- Good to have 1 to 4 years B2C sales experience

- Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills

- Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

Qualification : MBA or B.E / B.Tech [All branches] or any graduate with excellent communication skills

Work Timings 6 days a week

- Working on Saturday and Sunday's is mandatory (No exception for this), every Wednesday will be declared as a week off.
