Toppersnotes - Head - Sales (5-9 yrs)
We are looking for a Self-Driven enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, and creative Sales Manager to set a process and oversee the performance, training, and hiring of the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- The building sales team from scratch, which includes analyzing the required skillset and hiring as per the need.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team, meeting planned sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to our products, promoting the organization and products, achieving growth, and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Experimenting with new sales strategies, sales pitches & regular innovation to keep the sales pace upwards.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in Marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration Preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, superb leadership ability, Strong decision-making skills, Excellent negotiation skills
- 3 + years Edu-tech experience
- Being proficient in Microsoft office
- Result-oriented, have a go-getter attitude.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 700,000.00 - 120,000.00 per year
