Location : Jaipur (On-site)
- We are searching for proactive professionals who are passionate about assisting students as they progress through their exam preparation journey.
Skills Required :
- Minimum 1 year experience of Inside Sales
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience in counseling/teaching for civil services examination will be plus
- Should have worked in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment
- Appeared in any of the competitive exams
Roles and responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Coordination between sales, CRM, and content department
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Queries related to Syllabus, Pattern, and other details of Exams
- Solving queries of students for various exams
- Queries related to preparation strategies
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
