Overview

TopCashback are looking for a pro-active and creative Marketing Executive, to join the team in our Bangalore office. The Marketing team is responsible for designing marketing campaigns, social media management, use google analytics and PPC, promote new cashback deals and deliver value to our members as well as our merchant partners. With a critical eye towards detail and a creative mind, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to help to continue in the growth of TopCashback.in. The successful applicant should have a keen interest in the ecommerce market within India and have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.

Key Responsibilities may include

Developing social media marketing strategies and managing Social Media Accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google Plus.

Manage and optimise Google Adwords account

Support Operations Manager in the implementation and execution of Top Cashbacks digital marketing activities to get new members and get increased purchase via the site.

Develop contests on social media to boost engagement, designing and publishing creative posts on social media

Research pre and post campaign results to measure the delivery on ROI and use these to improve future campaigns

Advertising on Instagram, Pinterest and other social media platforms

Developing relationships with customers via customer service avenues

Create images, videos and presentations for creating awareness about TopCashback

Training will be given for : Photo editing skills that is part of the job

Required Skills/Attributes

Competent in using word and excel

Strong writing & Numeracy skills

Ability to analyse data and present findings

Ability to Self-motivate/self-manage

Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

Desired Skills and Experience

Educated to degree level with a strong passion for marketing and a full understanding of the marketing mix.

2 to 3 years experience gained in social media marketing and Adwords/PPC
