Top Slots - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Engage with stakeholders to determine project/software implementation
- Evaluate in-bound queries to convert the free to paid customers
- Assistance to the product support team to gather business requirements related to features, functionalities, to create well-articulated and visual scope documents for the team & clients
- Maintain a log of the customers using the platform, provide demo over calls/ video- conferencing for on-going changes/ new requests/ implementations/ acquisition across different stages of life-cycle.
- Creating visually appealing presentation & deliver to the publishers while on-boarding to help them understand the product, features
- Assisting in Marketing support to the marketing team for a list of features which can be communicated to clients via a B2B route.
- Assist in resolving customer queries (B2C) via in-house customer service desk
- Team Player, to work cohesively with a team of programmers, senior engineers, Project Managers, QA and Directors.
Skills & Qualification :
- Strong communication skills, International Sales, Cold Calling, Client management, Ability to work in a team.
- Anticipate issues, think proactively, and use critical thinking skills to plan stakeholder elicitation sessions.
- Working knowledge of content management systems, publishing process & web technologies
- Technical skills and a previous education in Engineering is an added plus.
